BuilderAtlas is a data-first directory of new construction and custom home builders. The goal is simple: make it easier for buyers to discover reputable builders and communities in their state.
Instead of mixing resale listings, rentals, and ads, BuilderAtlas focuses on one thing: new construction. Builders are organized by state, and over time, by metro area and community, so buyers can quickly see who is active in their region.
The project is intentionally lightweight on tech and heavy on data quality. Listings are curated, communities are verified, and builders can claim their profile to keep details up to date.
As the directory grows, BuilderAtlas will add more tools for homebuyers—budget planning, comparison tools, and educational resources about the new construction process.
